SUMMARY:Moving spaces\, resting places
DESCRIPTION:A playful\, authentic movement practice for those with or without previous experience.  \n\n\n\n\nPractising receiving… just being… becoming grounded…. allowing a particular place to be there for us….discovering its qualities. \n\n\n\n\n\nI invite you to discover movement impulses that arise out of stillness and in response to the surroundings of this special place of Westbury Wildlife Park. Together we will explore our influence on the space and those we share it with.  \n\n\n\n\n\nOpening the senses\, allowing ourselves to be touched by our every day surroundings. Even in stillness we can experience ourselves as living creatures in the space. \n\n\n\n\n\nAnne Pommier is a movement artist and Alexander Technique teacher. Her current project “Resting Places\, Moving Spaces” has evolved out of her regular improvisation practice\, as well as her experiences of „Standing with the Earth“ in her home town of Paderborn. Consciously engaging with a place raises our awareness and encourages mindfulness for the spaces we inhabit as well as affecting those around us. \n\n\n\nRegistration by email:  \n\n\n\nmail@anne-pommier.com \n\n\n\nDeposit of 70 pounds to confirm your place.
